Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
The Law!!!!!!!!
I have to testfy in an upcoming murder trial, but i don't want to because ive been lied to. The DA, said they would put me in witness protection but never did since then i have been shot ,and arrested for things that were out of my hands and no-one seems to want to help My question to you is: Is there any legal that will let me be-able to withdraw my testimony without having to go before a judge?

You can invoke your rights against self-incrimination. At this point you can't withdraw the testimony that you have already given but if you refuse to testify, the prosecution may be able to use your previous testimony at the trial.
