Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Nitrous Oxide is an anesthetic and quite dangerous. Not something that should ever be self administered unless spending the rest of your life as a vegetable is a goal. It could also kill you.

I wouldn't worry what the penalties are. I think you need to get treated and now.
