Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
What happens when your lawyer passes away, but the case it resolved that he the worked on for me but I kept him up to date on any harassment that I would get my from a party that has a no contact order against them for harassment so then he would forward the information to the DA in Mckean county and CYS because they are the ones that put the protection order into affect for me and my son.

Call the local bar association. A lawyer may need to be appointed. You should also notify the courts. Don't assume anyone knows he is dead.
