The legal defination of malice as it relates to third degree murder in the Commonwealth of PA

Re: legal defination of malice
Third degree murder is a catchall. Any Murder that isn't 1st or 2nd degree is 3rd degree. 1st and 2nd degree are defined as well as voluntary and involuntray manslaughter. The statute does not require malice.
