Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is it legal in Pennsylvania to carry a friend's handgun concealed while he overseas in Germany (he is going there for 3 years minimum for the Army)? Him and I each have a license to carry a firearm in PA, and we each have different handguns already, but his one I do like for carry because of the size and weight and that is why I am asking. Extra Info: I am 21, and he is 22 (I know in PA to have a LCTF you need to be 21 years of age). Thank you for any information you can provide in advance.

To carry a concealed handgun you need to get a permit from the Sheriff. You get one at the court house. Further you should have the friend's gun listed on your gun permit.
