Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is it legal for a person over 18 years old to posses alcohol? I know you may not consume alcohol under 21 but i know the charge for possessing alcohol under the age of 18 is called "possession of alcohol by a minor" and once a person turns 18 they are no longer a minor.
