If a court orders a suspension of your driving privalege for 1 year and 90 days but the department of transportation orders a suspension of 4 years for the same offense, who hold precedence?

PennDot can suspend you license longer if you ar ea habitual offender (i.e three Dui's in 5 years). Whether what PennDot has done is legal depends on the facts of the case.
