Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Is it legal to put a hidden camera in my bedroom which I share without her knowing. Since we share the bedroom and were intimate there shouldnt be am expectatiob of privacy in my opinion. I live in PA. We live together. Audio would be disconnected. Im the only one on my lease

If that's your opinion I'm glad you;re not on US Supreme Court.. If there is no expectation of privacy in your own bedroom then where would you have an expectation of privacy.

Would it be OK if she did that to you?

I agree with my colleague. Filming yourself with the female that lives with you, but without her knowledge or consent is a bit sick. What do you intend to do with the film ?

I would also ask you the same question my colleague asked, "Would you like it if she filmed you without your knowledge or consent ?
