Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Legal Representation for 1st Offense Grade M (2 cnts)/S(1cnt) 1st Offense

What is the worst-case scenario of appearing for a prelim hearing continuance requested by arresting officer to allow defendant to obtain recommended counsel?

How does defendent request ARD for these violations without representation and likely it is to be granted?

All of the following were 1st offense violations:

1 count/M grade of Sec/SubSec 780-113(a)(16) of PA Title 35, C.S.D.D.C.A -- test positive for cocaine

1 count/M grade of Sec/SubSec 780-113(a)(31)(i) of PA Title 35, C.S.D.D.C.A -no test indicated

1 count/S grade of Sec/SubSec 1543(a) of PA Title 75, Vehicle Code

Worst case scenario is no ARD and jail time. You may get ARD without an attorney but it's usually worthwhile to have one if for nothing else than to keep you informed of what is going on and to appear with you in Court.
