Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Legal Representative necessary?
I have a criminal record for harassement from 2002. I applied for a license to sell cars in this state. Due to the record the state wants me to appear before a committee to discuss the matter. Would bringing an attorney with me to the meeting help me or hurt me? Thank you.

A lawyer can find relevant case law, prepare your argument and deliver your presentation in a professional matter. If you can afford it it is probably wise to bring one. I offer free consultations.

You do not necessarily need a lawyer to accompany you at the meeting or hearing, but consulting a lawyer in advance can be very helpful. Peter Dolinger 215-575-9220.
