Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

about the legal system?

my husband was arrested for sexual molesting my nephew but the thing is he didn't do it. my nephew is lying about what happened. so how do i prove that he didn't do it? my nephew lied to the judge? the cop lied to the judge?we are the only ones who didn't lie. we had proof that my nephew made other accusations against his step-father of the same thing that he is accusing my husband of.... the cop never investigated my husband but yet is pressing charges against him.... how do they arrest someone without investigting or talking to him about what he is being investigated on what they say he did or didn't do?

Re: about the legal system?

I get this question more so then any other: someone says I did something, there is no proof, how can I get charged with this? In our nation, you are still innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. That means that you have the right to a trial and to fight the case. No one can take that right away from you. No matter how difficult the courts, district attorney and the police make it, you can always fight.

Demand your right to a jury trial and assert your innocence.
