would ordering lidocaine powder online bring local or federal scrutiny... and if so what are the possible ramifications? yhanx

Lidocaine is not a controlled substance but it is known as a common "cutting agent" for cocaine. Plus, it is only available by prescription. Ordering a large amount could well bring government scrutiny, and nobody wants that.
