Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Lies of the victim has my then 17yr. old in jail
victim was seeing an older cousin in which took money from the victim the 17yr old was asked to walk her out to the cab not knowing- he then tried to get her money back and when he brought it to her-he was arrested- victim(white female) lied and said she was held up at bus stop by both males to hide that she was sleeping around with older cousin(black male)- What can be done.
