Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
life threats
I have had my life threatened, on numerous occasions, by a man. He has not threatened me directly, but is telling mutual acquaintes what he is planning. Threats vary from beatings to ''shooting full of holes like swiss cheese''. My question is is there anything I can do about this, or do I have wait till he actually tries to do something? If I can do something what is it, and how do I proceed?

Re: life threats
you can file a private criminal complaint. call your local police station and ask them how one proceeds with your issue in that township. they will help you.
