Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I live in Bethlehem PA. Durring one of my visits to a retail store I was charged with "Retail Theft" but I was not caught "red handed". The summons came in the mail with my charges. I noticed on the police report they sent me, that the item that was writen down on the police report was not the item that I "stole" is this a legal "loop hole" that can save me for having this on my record.
