Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I live in housing authority and I have forgotten to tell them about me recieving SSI for my son who as AD/HD , ODD, and possible autism. Now they are telling me that they might file fraud charges against my husband and me. What will happen to my husband and I if they do press charges?

That depends on what exactly you are charged with and what your prior records are. If charges are filed against you, I would suggest that you retain a lawyer right away. If the police try to come and speak with you about this, I again would suggest that you retain a lawyer before giving any statement. I would further suggest that you don't post any further details about this case on a public website such as this.
