Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I live in PA and guess I was charged with a retail theft 8years ago which I do not remember since then I went to jail on different charges also went on drug court and had a 3 year probation and just found out I had a warrant for this will the judge just throw this out this case should of been brought up when I went on drug court

No, it will not be thrown out. Drug Court is strictly that - Drug Court and they do not deal with dismissing or throwing out warrants issued by the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas.
