Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA, 11 years ago I was arrested for retail theft( a misdemeanor) I want to see about getting it expunged. I cant afford an attorney, so I am filing the 790 form myself. I have a few questions. I need to send 14 copies plus the original, and a PA State Police background check,along with a filing fee of 36.75. Do I need to send 14 copies of the background check or just the one? Also,
one of the the questions ask why I want expungement?, it says example age, ARD,...What do I put in that space? Thank You

You'd think they don't have copy machines there. Ask the office you file with if the need 14 copies of the background check.

As for the answer enter the reason that had you seek the expungement in the first place.
