hi i live in pennsylvania andd i have an 18year old boy that has been dating a forteen year old for a short time well she told us she was 16 yrs old and she lied she is 14yrs old now we found out she is pregnant so i was wondering if my son is in trouble for this

He could be 18 Pa.C.S. � 3122.1 (2010) reads:

Statutory sexual assault

Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

So he's could be in really big trouble. Even if the victim lied about her age that's no defense.
