Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

A local company has started up specializing in children's parties and day camp at their facilities. However there is a registered sex offender living at the same location as the parties and camp are taking place. The offender's address is listed on Megan's Law and is the same as the business address. Is this legal?

Well the point of Megan's list was to put parents on notice where sex offenders live.

I don't think it's illegal, that said you might wish to inform the local company as sharing an addressed with a registered sex offender. I doubt it would be a good thing for their business.
