Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
How long can a person be held on a detainer (Judge would like to see him)? No charges and no bail/bond. Being held on Habititual Offender driving w/o license and or suspended.

If he has a detainer, that means he violated probation. You should contact the lawyer or public defender that handled the matter for him.
