Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Low lawyer rates
If a Lawyer charges a lot less than normal for a trial case, does it mean the lawyer is not comfortable with the case? Does the lawyer know the verdict of the case will not benefit their cleint?

Re: Low lawyer rates
It does not necessarily mean anything. If I think that I could end up getting additional business from someone or get into a new line of work I may discount my rates. Low rates in and of themself does not mean anything.
