Malpractice Against Another Lawyer

How do I go about filing a malpractice suit against another attorney for mispresentation?

I know nothing about this area of the law, but I can tell you that you are in the wrong category as you are posting this under criminal law. I would suggest calling the bar association of the county where this occurred.
