Maranda Rights !!
i had a warrent for my arrest !! I turned My self in and was taken to where the figer pints are dont but there was someone in there so then we went into a room off of it and the officer asked me what happen that day i told him !! now was i to be read my rights before he asked that ??

Only if he wants to use your statements in court. If he doesn't need the statements that you made before reading you your rights then it doesn't matter much. If he needs the statements that you made before he read you your rights to obtain evidence or as part of his proof then you may be able to suppress the evidence.
