Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
marijuanna law?
i was pulled over 14 mos. ago and was found with a sm. amt. of pot and 2 pipes. i never recieved a citation or anything about it. today i got a prelim. arraignment notice and notice of prelim hearing and summons for criminal case. isn't there a time limit on these things?

there is a time limit. two actually. one is called 'pre-arrest delay.' the other is called 'rule 600g.' you should ask your attorney about both.
