Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
medication and parole
I have been under a dr.'s care for 18 months in regards to spondolythesis, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my back. I have seen an ortho, and been advised that the ONLY thing that will help is surgery. I am taking pain meds., and today, I have been ''instructed'' by my po to NOT consume narcotic pain medication. At this time, in in no financial position to take off of work to have surgery, and the medication enables me to do what I need to do on a daily basis. Please help!!

Re: medication and parole
You should contact a local attorney to see if he can get a court order modifying the conditions of your parole. If you can't afford one contact the County Office of the Public Defender.
