Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am a minor being charged for a very small amount of marijuana. When i got my court date in the mail it said the cop was recommending to the judge that i be finger printed and photographed. What does this mean? That my charges will be more severe? Why do you think the cop would recommend this to the judge?
