minors regarding vandolisum
hi ,my town cop is telling me he is pressing charges on my 6 tear old daughter and my 9 year old stepson for vandilisim putting paint on my neighbors cars the other neighbor also said she seen them outside with the water gun sun.@6 p.m. my neighbor said no paint on car until sun. late eve. the supposed witt. said she only viewed playing i told the cop at first ok. well maybe cause he said over the weekend but then he said sun. i told him i have proof i was out shopping and visiting friends he said if i did not agree to paying the cost he is pressing charges on my kids pushing vandalisum and for juvie cause he said my stp-son addmitted it and i said no he said he played with the water gun over the weekend he said he did not go by the paint cont.we have outside when he asked he just said i payed with it on weekend with water now the wtr-gun and the paint cont. was dring not a can for a rollerwas outside the front of my house for the last 2 weeks she said her car was ruined sun. but when asked why she waited till tue. nite at 8 p.m. to report it i got no answ. but the water gun did have 2 dots of paint on it but they got them 3 months ago we are remdlg.our house not first time for paintin.also other kids on st. run loose i mentioned.

Hello. I am not sure where you are located in Pennsylvania, but under the juvenile act, in order to be charge with a crime, you must be at least ten years old, unless it is a homocide case. Perhaps a sumamry fine is different, but to be charged with a misdemeanor criminal mischief, you must be at least ten years old.
