Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
miranda rights don't they have to read them to me?
I was put under arrest and in handcuffs, but never was i read my miranda rights. they held me for over five hours and wanted me to wait till morning for the judge. I thought if they wanted to arrest me they had to read that to me.

Miranda rights situation, as you describe it, would only be an issue if you made any statement(s) which they would try to use against you later on. Otherwise, it does not really make a difference. Let me know if you need anything else. Best of luck!
