missed court date for miademeanor cas

how do i right to the judge or put in a motion to vactae the warra what form are used to do this/

If this is in philadelphia county and it is a simple, you turn yourself in on your bench warrant in the basement of the cjc at 7:30 am, monday through friday.

If it is a Judge Only Bench Warrant in philly, you can turn yourself in the same way, but you may be held until you go before that judge. It will only be a judge only if the warrant was from sentencing or if you have a long history of bench warrants.
