Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
molestation charges
someone who is a 11 years old is accusing a 29 year old of molesting /rape her.the only thing the da has is her hearsay/testomony.there is no evindence.and the stories keep chaning.what are his chances of being found inocennt and being released from jail.

in pa, the da is allowed to proceed in that type of case with testimony alone. and, the judge will instruct the jury that the testimony alone is enough to have a finding of guilty. [email protected]
