Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Money

I am now being accused of taking money, from someone that I had a POA for. I have never been in trouble and am worried about this. The detective is stating that he might go to the DA and see if there is a case. I have been living in another state for more than 3 years and this just came up. I don't know what to do. Could you please provide some guidance?

You need to make sure that you retain competent counsel to represent you in this matter. Depending on what charges they are considering you could be facing SERIOUS consequences.
