motion to reduce bail

How often and with whom can one file a bail motion on the same charge? Also must it be done through one's attorney or public defender? If not, where would I find the forms? thank you!

It's usually cheaper and easier to use an attorney than to try to do this on your own unless you qualify for a public defender. Each case is different and you really need someone who is familiar with the system in your County.
