in a murder case if a person witnessed a murder by two people he knows then tells two friends excatly what happened including details only the murderers would know then tells two relations the exact same story then the trial starts almost two years later when he is suponead to the court he dosent show he is picked up by the police and held in jail until he is brought to court to testify then claims he dosent know anything a friend of his says he was with him at a local club that night as there was a party but after talking to the owner of the club he says there was no party that night at the club but this information was not found out until after the trial at which time the boy was found guilty and sentenced to life no parole the person who witnessed the murder was a relative af the mayor of the town and was running for re-election and the witness was his nephew who told the mayor who it was and what happened and the mayor told him to say he dosent know anything as he dosent want there name brought into anything as he was running for re-election and this could hurt his chances for re-election which means he lied on the stand as did his friend and had poor public def. for lawyers and had no information about the case what can we do

What can we do?

One try proper capitalization and some punctuation.

Two, try using some carriage returns.

Three, try proof reading you entry.

Four, Stick to facts that matter.

Five, Ask a question that concerns your legal problem not anybody Else's. If they don't care why should you and why should we.

If you want some free legal advice fine but do have an entry that doesn't looking like it was written who forgot 99% of what they taught you in English grammar.
