Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

murder

Ok so mu husband is being charged with two murders the first one they don't have evidence and the second one is based on statements however the one statement is fron someone in jail another oner from someone that knows nothing so what can I do

If you can afford an attorney you need to hire one as soon as possible. If you cannot afford an attorney, you need to talk to a Public Defender in your area as soon as possible. Your husband should not say anything about the matter to anyone until he has a chance to talk to an attorney. That means no one. Not the police, not his brother or sister, not his friends or family, not even you.

Hire a lawyer to go talk to him, and then the lawyer can review the evidence and talk with him some more....
