Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is there anything I can do about my neighbors video recording me and and my kids and all their friends...pretty much everyone that comes in my home...he even records kids walking home from school...I live in PA. N we called the police but the won't do anything...there has to be some laws aginst that right??

If they are not recording sound they're ok as long as they don't video tape you and the kids where you would have an expectation of privacy.
