Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am newely turned 18 years old and a freshman at college. Me and my girlfriend went to a party and on the way back got into a verbal argument outside a dorm hall. The police were called (we both don't know why) and precided to question us both. We are both being charged with a disorderly conduct with a written statement "Defendent did cause unreasonable noise by arguing with girl friend outside of a dorm" I did not answer any questions towards drinking and told them about are argument (was probably loud) but still... its a little rediculous. what do you guys reccomend? by the way I live in PA and am being charged with a 5503a2 disorderly conduct... Thanks!!

You should consult with an attorney. I would need more information to advise you properly. I assume this was charged as a summary offense. You could plead guilty and pay the fine or retain an attorney and try to fight this. If this was charged as an M3, then you definetly should retain an attorney. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to consult with an attorney to get a better idea of how you should proceed.
If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call. I offer free phone consultations.

Don't play with this. You and your friend need lawyers. This could ruin careers and everything else.
