Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If a non-US citizen commits a felony (ie, murder) which results in a criminal trial, do they have the same rights as a US citizen?

A non US citizen has the right to representation and due process just like an American citizen. He/She has the right to a trial by jury where he/she must be proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
A non-US Citizen may not have the same right to bail depending on the immigration status of the person.
