Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Obstruction of Justice
I picked my girlfriend up at the screne of an accident. She wrecked her car. Took her home. Police came to house. Did not let them into the house. There was no conflict. Police then said they had another call and had to go. Said that girlfriend will be getting charges in the mail. Now I'm being charged with Obstruction of Justice.

Re: Obstruction of Justice
Doesn't seem like obstruction of justice to me. You need to speak with an attorney. Email me if you wish to discuss further.
Also, depending on the charges your girlfriend receives (DUI perhaps) she needs to speak with an attorney also. Again, she can email me if she wishes.
