Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I had an officer come to my home today and accuse me of stealing from a local store that day. I had been home the entire day with my mother and her boyfriend, also making several phone calls throughout the day. I was later notified by phone from the investigating officer that i had been identified on a store camera. i have a disgruntled ex who works at this store and i suspect that he had a hand in the "identification". with this false identification on videotape how likely is it that i will be pursued as a suspect and arrested?

Its hard to say what the likelyhood of charges being filed would be. I would highly suggest that you do not discuss this case any further with the police or anyone else. I would also suggest that you consult with an attorney so if you are charged, you have an attorney ready to defend you or if the police want to question you, the attorney is prepared to deal with that.

If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call. I offer free phone consultations.
