Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If an officer makes you take a breathalyzer test 3 times. Doesn't say that you failed. Is it legal if he makes you get a blood test?

Under Pennsylvania law, anyone who drives voluntarily submits to a blood test if that person is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If a police officer suspects you are intoxicated, he can request a blood test. Failure to submit to a blood test can result in penalties.
