Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Opening someone elses mail
I am a 21 year old student living at my parents house and my mother keeps opening all my banking and school mail with the intent to find out my personal financial information. I have read somewhere that a parent can open a child's mail but does that still hold true if the child is not a minor?
