An original Indian young man is imprisoned for the offence which he has not com

An original Indian young man is imprisioned for life imprisonment for the offence not committed by him. His friend died in the year 1980 and his body was found after 8 months. Police caught this young man for murder and though the charge was not proved with proper evidence he was sentenced for imprisonment and there is none to here the matter as he is indian.

Can any one be help ful in this matter in order to release him from jail on humanitarian ground. already 20 years he has passed in jail and have lost his life enjoyments for these years. Today he is above 40 years.
