Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Over/Underage Relationships
My 16 year old daughter snuck out last night to hang out with a 25 year old man. I met him when I worked at Wal-Mart and we became friends. My daughter was shopping with me on my day off once and we ran into him, that is how she met him. They started talking on-line, just simple conversation about music and tv. Then they decided they were going to ''date''. I did not allow or support this situation. He said he understood and would leave her alone. I don't know how long they have been back in-touch if it ever stopped at all. As he lives in a different county, do I report this to my local police department or the State Police?

Re: Over/Underage Relationships
So far, I do not think any crime has been committed to report to anyone.
