I have no priors on my record and was stopped by two people in plain clothing at wallmart after purchasing spay bleach and they didnt tell me who they were just told me to stop and i reacked by spraying the man with bleach and then they and then wrestled me to the ground then they told me that i had taken something from the store i asked them what and the said they seen me take a phone and ear peice for phone i had just got a new phoe from at&t and told them to prove it that i stolled it bring it up on there cameras and they wouldnt policeman came and took me to municble court in union town. charged me with 2 agreevated assults and steeling case and mic they they checked me and nothing but new case and bleach but didnt have mic for phone.I wanted to know i felt threatened is that assult of self deffence and what am i looking at im from ohio happen in Newcastle pa My phone #330-402-0720

Self-defense doesn't really fit if all the two people did was stop you before you sprayed them. It's a different story if they grabbed you. If they did grab you, you may have a defense.
