PA nurse expunged record

If someone received a section 17 expuncture of a misdemeanor pot possession in PA, would the board of nursing have access to that? If the lawyer claims that you can in ''good faith'' deny any charges and possible record would you still need to answer ''yes'' for the PA BON?

Unfortunately, the internet has devalued expungements in general. That's because the public has access to Magisterial District Judge records and a number of companies have sprung up doing background checks that include these records. I would hesitate to advise someone to hide anything right now because of this.
