Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
In pa, can an officer order the ER to take blood in DUI case. No warrent, no release signed for the hospital. The nurse forceable took the blood anyways, patient was alert. Can the hospital be sued.

No you can't sue the hospital they were order to take blood.
