Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

PA and ''reprocity

Ineed to know which states have ''reciprotity'' agreements with PA, and what legal issues they encompass.Actually , even equally as crucial i have the same concerns about NY, as it is the state that has taken away my driving priveliges, and alleged after the fact charges. NY has issued a bench warrant for failure to appear for alledgedly driving under suspension, can I beextradited from another state to NY? I would greatly appreciate any advice that I can receive , this has caused me tremendous stress, and Iam permanetly totally handicapped also..

Re: PA and ''reprocity

At the very least this matter can cause you some problems if you were to be pulled over by the police or if a records check were to occur....my recommendation is to retain counsel to resolve this sitation as soon as possible.

All US States are required to hold an extradition hearing at the request of another state. However, driving under suspension is not particularly that serious a charge and NY is not likely to look for you. My suggestion is that if you are permanently disabled, an affidavit from your doctor to the Court which issued the failure to appear bench warrant will likely put the matter to rest.
