Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
This is in PA. My wife and I discovered that our minor child has been uploading explicit pictures of themselves on the internet for money. Are we obligated to turn them in? Would they become a felon if we did?

The good news is that if a minor is sexting another minor it may only be a summary offense, That said that doesn't sound what their doing. Now why do they have any electronics at all. Also whose buying them?
You kids may think what their doing is cool but should they get caught and convicted they will find themselves on the sex offender list.
You need to find a lawyer and get this straightened out now.
