Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can my parole officer (pennsylvania) threaten to violate me if i do not stop taking my prescribed pain medication? he knew i have been taking them for 4 yrs. and told me before he couldn't stop me from taking a prescribed medication.

If your parole officer believes that you have an addiction with that particular drug, he may violate you. You might want to consult with a lawyer, who would be able to talk to the parole officer and hopefully explain your situation.
